Toshiba laptops are still one of the most advanced gaming laptops but less newsworthy then Dell or Alienware products. The performance is not to rave about though it is worthy performer for basic tasks and what more could you ask for in that price. This is nicely laptop for gaming, maybe isn't the best but still very good for games with little bit lower requirements and lower price.

RAM or the amount of RAM on your gaming laptop computer is extremely significant if you want to handle heavy graphic files or want to play action games.. The more RAM you have, the more applications you will be able to handle. Some laptop now come with up to 2GB of DDR2 533MHz RAM or even more like 8 GB (Alienware laptops). Video RAM or VRAM is special memory that's used by video adapters on your laptop. This is RAM that is only for handling the visuals and graphics on your laptop computer. This is helpful if you want to play a lot of the latest 3D video games on your gaming laptop. People who use laptop gaming computers for gaming purposes yearn for cutting-edge technology. They tend to change laptops within short spans of time. Of course you should worry if you buy less RAM memory for your laptop gaming computer, because you can always buy additional RAM. If I were you I would be 4 GB RAM memory for your own good. Most of games need 2 GB now, Vista need around 2 GB so you should buy 4 GB now. Alienware laptops got 8 GB but I think it isn't good idea.
You should also remember about hard disc because sometimes 100 GB isn't to much for games. That's why you should buy 250 GB or 300 GB for your latest laptop for gaming.
